Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at PrimeDigitalMart. Because our products are digital downloads (GPL WordPress themes/plugins, IELTS & programming e-resources, HTML5 templates, Shopify themes, template kits, AI prompts, etc.), there is no physical return. Please read this policy carefully before you purchase.
1) General Principle (Digital Goods)
- Once a digital file has been downloaded, there is no practical way to “return” it.
- No refunds are issued except in the specific cases defined below.
2) 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Single-Item Purchases)
You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if:
- the downloaded product is completely unusable on a standard WordPress/website setup, and
- our support team is unable to resolve the issue after you open a ticket and give us reasonable time to help.
How the guarantee works
- Open a ticket at https://www.gameondeals.com/contact/ or email support@gameondeals.com.
- Allow 24–72 hours for our team to respond and troubleshoot.
- Provide your Order ID, a clear description of the problem, and screenshots/error logs.
- If we can’t deliver a working copy or a workable alternative, we’ll issue a refund.
Important: This guarantee applies to single-item purchases only. It does not apply to memberships/subscriptions, renewals, services, or offers marked as non-refundable.
3) What does qualify for a refund
- You purchased a single product, and after support intervention the file remains unusable/corrupted.
- Duplicate payment (accidental double charge).
- Non-delivery of the file (and we cannot correct the delivery issue in a reasonable time).
4) What does not qualify for a refund
We do not refund when:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the product.
- You bought by mistake and already downloaded the file.
- The product is incompatible with your theme/other plugins/server/PHP version.
- The product doesn’t function the way you personally expect or requires configuration.
- The product shows license/activation/update warnings (normal for GPL files without author keys).
- You broke your site during installation or customization.
- You refuse to provide access/logs we reasonably need to investigate a genuine issue.
- Update delay: we try to add new versions quickly, but immediate updates aren’t guaranteed. You may request an update, but update delays are not a refund reason.
- Renewals of subscriptions/memberships (auto-renew can be cancelled anytime before the next charge).
- Offers/discounts/coupons cannot be used to claim partial refunds for past orders.
- Purchases made for testing/scraping/mirroring.
5) Memberships & Subscriptions (Non-Refundable)
- Membership plans give you access to a catalog of downloads at a very low price.
- Membership payments and renewals are non-refundable, even if you ask within 1 day.
- You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid term.
- “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product/service on our platform; products may be retired for security, legal, or supplier reasons.
6) Support Scope & Limitations
- We are not the original developers of third-party products. Our support covers downloads, access issues, file availability, and general guidance.
- For advanced customization or author-level help, please consult the original vendor or a developer.
7) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact support@gameondeals.com before opening a dispute or chargeback—we resolve most issues quickly.
- Initiating a dispute without contacting us first may lead to account suspension/ban to prevent abuse.
- If a refund is granted, ongoing access to downloads will be revoked.
8) How to Request a Refund
Email support@gameondeals.com or use the Contact page with:
- Order ID, purchase email
- Product name & version
- Clear description of the issue + screenshots/error logs
- A link and temporary admin/FTP/SFTP access if you want us to inspect (recommended)
Processing time: refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account (bank/gateway dependent). We refund to the original payment method where possible. Gateway fees, currency conversion differences, and local taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
9) After a Refund
If a refund is issued:
- You must delete the downloaded files and stop using the product.
- Access to member areas and updates will be removed.
10) Fraud, Abuse & Fair-Use
We monitor downloads (IP, timestamps, volume) to prevent abuse. Accounts engaged in credential sharing, mass mirroring, scraping, or fraud may be limited or terminated without refund.
11) Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
