Welcome to PrimeDigitalMart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://gameondeals.com , including purchases, memberships, and downloads of GPL WordPress themes/plugins, IELTS & Programming e-books/resources, HTML5 templates, Shopify themes, Template Kits, and AI prompts (collectively, the “Products”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Definitions

Account: Your registered profile on the Site.
Membership/Subscription: A paid plan granting access to downloads/updates for a period.
GPL Products: WordPress themes/plugins released under the GNU General Public License.
Digital Products: Non-GPL items such as books, prompts, HTML5/Shopify templates (as available).
Order ID: Unique number for your purchase.

2) Eligibility & Account

You must be capable of forming a binding contract and use the Site in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for the security of your Account credentials and for all activity under it.
Do not share your login; we may suspend accounts for credential sharing, scraping, or abusive behavior.

3) Products & Licensing

GPL Scope (WordPress): GPL Products are redistributed lawfully. Under GPL, you may use them on unlimited sites and redistribute GPL-covered code. We are not affiliated with original authors unless stated.
License Keys & Auto-Updates: We do not provide official license keys or author support. Updates are provided via re-download from the Site while your Membership is active.
Non-GPL Items (e.g., e-books, prompts, certain templates): Usage rights are as described on each product page (personal/commercial/educational). You may not resell, re-upload, or claim ownership of our branding or compilations.

4) Orders, Pricing & Taxes

Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout.
Taxes/VAT may be applied according to your billing country/region.
We may refuse or cancel any order and will refund if payment was captured in error.

5) Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful payment, downloads are delivered via My Account → Downloads and/or email links.
If download access is not received within 1 hour, contact [email] with your Order ID.

6) Memberships & Subscriptions

Some plans auto-renew by default; you can cancel any time from My Account → Subscriptions.
Access Window: You retain access to downloads/updates while your Membership is active. After expiry/cancellation, previously downloaded files continue to work, but you lose access to new versions.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product/service on our Site, not your lifetime; we may retire products for security, legal, or supplier reasons.

7) Updates, Warnings & Compatibility

You update by re-downloading the latest version from the Site (manual update).
Notices inside WordPress about license/activation may appear and are harmless.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme/plugin/version, hosting, PHP version, or server stack. Always test on a staging site.

8) Fair-Use & Rate Limits

To protect bandwidth, we may apply download caps, concurrency limits, or anti-bot protection.
Automated scraping, mass mirroring, or sharing of member-only links is prohibited and may result in suspension.

9) Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” refunds are limited to:

Duplicate payment/accidental double charge;
Non-delivery (you contacted support and we failed to deliver within a reasonable time);
Irreparable file corruption/missing archive where we cannot provide a working copy after support.
Refunds are not granted for: change of mind, mistaken purchase, incompatibility with your setup, or lack of license keys/auto-updates (clearly disclosed). See full Refund Policy on the Site if published separately.

10) Support Scope

We provide support for downloads, access issues, file availability, and general usage guidance.
We do not provide author/agency-level technical support, customization, or installation services unless explicitly offered.

11) Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by [Stripe/Paddle/PayPal/Iyzico/etc.]. We do not store full card data. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

12) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

21) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
